RWC News Judge Napolitano Drops National Security Bombshell On The Air With Fox: “That’s Called Espionage”

Judge Napolitano is calling Susan Rice’s actions “espionage.”

Conviction and honesty tend to go hand in hand. When a person says or does something completely wrong, then unless they pull back from their words with an apology and with a good reason, they are viewed as having no credibility. Pastors have fallen this way, as have countless talking heads, and even Richard Nixon. However, one man who will not be likely to see such a demise is the honorable Judge Andrew Napolitano. He is a man who is back in his rightful chair at Fox following a row with the agency that saw him standing by claims that he made regarding British spies assisting Obama.

With such conviction, let us pay close and special attention to the words that he is speaking now regarding former National Security Advisor, Susan Rice. When commenting on “unmasking” private citizens for reasons that have nothing to do with national security, he boldly said, “That’s called espionage.” To “unmask” someone is to capture their data in a gathering of communications obtained by the C.I.A, F.B.I, or N.S.A, and to remove from the redacted content the real names of who was spoken to.

Andrew Napolitano is a man who speaks with conviction, and he is calling this Rice scandal as he sees it from a judges eyes.

The trouble is that Rice was entitled, being the former National Security Advisor, to the redacted information. Still, that is a far cry from wanting to be the one to gather or expose such data. “Can she reveal the identity of an American for a purpose other than national security? Absolutely not,” declared “America’s” Judge. He continued, “Can she ask for more Americans involved and then unmask them and say to her boss, ‘by the way, guess what Trump and Manafort were talking about last night. ’ You know what that’s called? That’s called espionage. That’s called the failure to safeguard top secret information

Napolitano also feels that, since Rice only had “one boss” (Obama), the F.B.I. needs to ask her why she requested the unmasking. Seeing her testimony on this matter will be something like watching a small mouse in front of a very large and hungry python. This will not only be because she hacked the President (which is grave enough), but also because the F.B.I. and most of the government has seen their own credibility tarnished by facts exposed by Edward Snowden and Wikileaks. They do not want that to be the reputation that they sustain, nor the reputation that Trump wants to portray, so she could be in real trouble. Proving that someone so powerful is not above the law may also be a motive. Such is government politics on both sides.

Susan Rice (pictured), can not be waiting for her time in a courtroom as she struggles to explain why “unmasking” occurred as it did.

Rice has been dodging the hot seat every time that someone asks her if she plans to testify. To be real, while most people can imagine times in their own lives when they have really messed up on the job, few people this side of a prison cell have any idea what it is like to be guilty of hacking the President of the United States of America. There can not be too many people even IN prison who have known quite the quaking that Rice must know when she imagines talking about why she unmasked people who were doing nothing wrong. She would have to explain why she unmasked Trump’s team who were doing nothing but legally winning an election, while her party lied about Russian contacts. That just is NOT an enviable position to be in, to say the least.

It is not only the eyes of America that are on Susan Rice, however. It can be thought that Angela Merkel, the leader of the European Union and Germany who Obama hacked, is also quite interested in seeing how this all plays out. Russia’s leader, Vladimir Putin, will not likely be taking any naps during such a testimony, considering the sheer amount of lies that he has had to withstand from such hacking and accusations. Those nations that have leaders like China’s Xi coming for talks also will be wondering if any communications that they send are safe. For these reasons, some parts of Russia and China are reported to have gone back to typewriters, in some instances.

SHOCK AND AWE as Democrats find out that Trump is proven right yet again.

None of this makes the job of nor anyone on his staff any easier. These are not the kinds of distractions and breaches of liberty that help the White House represent a country that claims to have a Fourth Amendment. When talking to China about North Korea’s use of rhetoric and nuclear force, Xi may be sitting there wondering if America can be trusted to make deals with, for example. No matter how good Trump is at making such deals, actions that imply that our Constitution is toilet paper in worth is enough to make them question many other things. They may even wonder if, while Trump may be honest, “who ELSE is hacking or spying on me from this government?” Who can make a deal under such stress?

This also takes a toll on the mind of Trump, a mind that America needs to see be more focused than ever. Japan is debating how to handle military provocations from Chinese jets and our President is having to deal with matters that should never be an issue in the land of the free and home of the brave. With such leaks, this sounds more and more like a nation located in the Congo or in some African country besieged by madmen and butchers than the U.S.A. The only difference is that our debauchery and force is shown in high-tech spying, not by machetes. Beyond that, there is little difference.

The President has long said that he feels as though the real hacking was not fro Russia, but from within.

Susan Rice needs to see the inside of a courtroom very soon if there is to be anything that even resembles justice and an open society that has rules and protections for the America people. Even someone who has voted for Clinton or any of the other candidates should be infuriated at this. The use of such means as a way to run a government is alien to everything that our nation was founded upon. For that reason, more than any other, the good Judge is right once again and action must be taken.
