It is rare to find a Hollywood celebrity that is willing to give Trump any kind of credit for anything ever. They all paint him as a racist, sexist, monster. Normally they all live in their little bubbles and think the same way, and even if they are actually conservative, they would never say so because they would lose their jobs.
Meryl Streep just got some fame by spending her whole Golden Globes Speech insulting and lying about Trump. Rosie O’Donnell just declared martial law and Madonna says she has been living in a nightmare ever since Trump was elected.
In an interviewwith BBC Nicole Kidman said what all these celebrities really need to understand. “[Trump is] now elected and we, as a country, need to support whoever is the president. That is what the country is based on. And however that happened, it happened, and let’s go,” she said.
“I’m always reticent to start commenting politically, I’ve never done it in terms of America or Australia. I’m issue based. I’m very, very committed to women’s issues,” said Kidman.
She has a great grasp on how people should treat politics. So many people in Hollywood are afraid of commenting on politics if their views don’t fall in line with progressivism. Throughout the rest of the interview she talked about her husband and children.
