RWC News North Korea Says That The Wick Of War Is Lit As Battle Preparations Continue

The North Korean leadership is ready to use a “hail of fire” against the U.S., they claim.

North Korea is notorious for threatening war over everything. When a movie came out that mocked the leading family of the DPRK, the response was that they were going to “nuke America.” If a mere movie is going to send the country’s leading minds into war mode, it is no shock that the election of the no-nonsense has angered the regime greatly.

Ri Yong Ho, Pyongyang’s foreign minister has said that the time for diplomacy is over and that “With his bellicose and insane statement at the United Nations, Trump, you can say, has lit the wick of a war against us. We need to settle the final score, only with a hail of fire, not words.”

Ho is acting as if the U.S. has started a fight with the Asian nation when in reality, they have started a fight with the entire world. It may be that Trump needs to keep his word and remove the U.S. from bases (like those in Japan) as he promised to do. America should consider halting drills with South Korea, too.

NONE of that can even be hinted at until North Korea stops their provocative actions, yet they want to stop only after the U.S. stops wargaming with S.K. That is a demand that simply will not be met as North Korea desires. They will stop such actions first or they shall perish.

The White House made this quite clear when Trump tweeted, “Presidents and their administrations have been talking to North Korea for 25 years, agreements made and massive amounts of money paid hasn’t worked, agreements violated before the ink was dry, makings fools of U.S. negotiators. Sorry, but only one thing will work!”

Quite simply put, North Korea does not get to say what causes them to stop their nuclear program, the world does. They do not get to dictate when South Korea and the U.S. conduct drills as a bargaining chip, either.

They will comply with American demands or else. It IS that simple.

North Korea’s Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho (pictured) has said that the time for talking is over.

General Mattis summed it up best when he said, “It is right now a diplomatically led, economic-sanction buttressed effort to try to turn North Korea off this path. Now, what does the future hold? Neither you nor I can say, so there is one thing the US Army can do. And that is you have got to be ready to ensure that we have military options that our President can employ if needed.”

At no point did even one word of that statement so much as hint that North Korea gets to decide the terms of its capitulation.

The U.S. is not asking, but rather, demanding. That is a lesson that they will learn, one way or the other.
