Actor Ezra Miller Expected To Plead Guilty To Trespassing After Allegedly Stealing Alcohol From Vermont Neighbor
"The Flash" actor Ezra Miller was accused of entering the home of their Vermont neighbor on May 1 and stealing three bottles of liquor. 

The actor is expected to plead guilty to a lesser charge after being accused of stealing three bottles of alcohol from their Vermont neighbor.

Miller is expected to plead guilty in exchange for prosecutors dropping the more serious charges against them, according to NBC News.

According to court documents obtained by the network, prosecutors want Miller to get an 89- to 90-day suspended sentence.

If prosecutors had decided to pursue the charge against them, Miller would have been facing up to 25 years behind bars.

In addition to the suspended sentence, prosecutors have recommended a year of supervised release.

According to Deadline, Miller is accused of entering the home of their neighbor in Vermont and stealing three bottles of liquor.

They had a lot of legal issues during the last few years. Forbes reports that in April of 2020, Miller was caught on video trying to choke a woman at a bar.

They were not charged in that case.

Miller was arrested in Hawaii twice. They were charged with disorderly conduct after a confrontation at a bar. Miller received a $500 fine after pleading no contest to the charge.

Miller was arrested again after they were accused of throwing a chair at a woman in Phoa, leaving her with a half-inch cut.

The harassment prevention order was issued to the actor after a mother and her child in Massachusetts accused him of threatening them.

The actor apologized and said they were going to seek help for mental health issues.

Miller has appeared in two films, "We Need to Talk About Kevin" and "The Perks of Being a Wallflower", but is perhaps best known for his role in "Justice League" They are expected to reprise their roles in the movie.
