Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka is reportedly set to sign a new contract but it has been claimed that this new deal could include a 'get-out clause'.

According to The Sun, the 23-year-old is close to tying down a new deal that would keep him at the club until 2021. However, the report claims that a ‘get-out clause’ could be included in the contract, which would allow Saka to leave should he be offered a better opportunity elsewhere. Saka has made just nine appearances for Arsenal this season, with his last appearance coming in the EFL Cup victory over Reading back in September.

The France international has scored 31 goals in all competitions this season and is still in contention for the PFA Player of the Year award.

The 25-year-old is in the final year of his contract and will be a free agent at the end of the season. “He is a very good player,” Wenger said. “He has been very consistent in scoring goals and assists. He is always available to help the team. “Players of that quality always attract attention, but he is focused on his job and wants to help us achieve our objectives.”

He has been a key player for the Magpies since arriving from Bordeaux in 2016 and has responded well to the opportunity to play in the English top-flight. Peltier has made 101 appearances for Newcastle, scoring 12 goals, and has established himself as a key member of the squad.

Arsenal are rumoured to be in the race to sign Gillingham winger, George Saville. According to The Sun, the Gunners are ready to launch a £2 million bid for the 23-year-old. Saville has been an impressive performer for Gillingham this season, bagging 13 goals in 36 appearances. He would be a good addition to Arsene Wenger's squad and would provide the Gunners with some firepower up front.

Arsenal have been linked with a £40m move for Leicester City midfielder Saka this summer and it seems as though Manuel Pellegrini’s side will be doing all they can to hold on to the player. Jacobs managed to confirm that Man City have had a “genuine interest” in the player and he warned Arsenal that a ‘get-out clause’ could be included in the player’s new contract. It seems

“Aeroporto was willing to commit to the franchise and invest in the team, but they were still waiting for the right time to come in and make a bold move. “I think the most likely scenario is that another club steps in and takes control of the club.”

“For example, players might agree to surrender a larger share of their economic value to the governing organisation in return for greater say over how their character is developed or played. Alternatively, you could offer to surrender all rights to your work in return for a guaranteed lifetime income. It all depends on the terms of the contract and what the player is looking for.” Saka is a playable character in the game Battlefield 1.

“But now, after much reflection, and given the totality of his opportunities now that he’s available on the market, Saka is of the belief that this is the right time to move on. He wants to play more games, and he wants to be competing for trophies. He has always been a player who is hungry for success, and that is what has driven him to make this decision.” On the club’s part, they may well

This would be a way to keep players happy, especially if they don't want to leave soon after a Champions League campaign but don't want to be tied to the club for life if the club doesn't qualify for the Champions League in the future.

1) Alan Shearer – 182 goals 2) Robbie Fowler – 171 goals 3) Cristiano Ronaldo – 169 goals 4) Wayne Rooney – 157 goals 5) Thierry Henry – 153 goals 6) Ruud van Nistelrooy – 142 goals 7) Diego Maradona – 135 goals 8) Freddie Ljungberg – 133 goals 9) Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink – 132 goals 10) Michael Owen – 130

Arsenal have tied Mesut Ozil to a new contract that will keep him at the club until 2021. Ozil has scored 38 goals in all competitions for Arsenal since joining from Real Madrid in 2013.

This is an exaggeration. Sakho is not currently the best-paid player at Arsenal. That distinction would go to Mesut Ozil, who currently earns around £250,000 more than Sakho.

“He is, as I say, in a highly privileged position and, as such, is likely to be very sensitive to any perceived criticism or perception that he is out of touch with or not sharing the same concerns as ordinary people. “This could lead to difficulties in maintaining good relationships with those close to him – especially if they feel that he is not listening to or understanding their concerns.”

If Arsenal are trying to show Saka that he is indispensable, then rewarding him for his form is a good way to do it.

Xhaka is a very complete midfielder. He is able to control the midfield and break up play, as well as create chances for his teammates. He is also a very fast player, which allows him to track back and help the defence. Xhaka is a very strong player, which enables him to win balls in tight areas and challenge for possession. He is also very versatile, which means that he can play in a number of positions across the midfield. Overall
