Premier League promotion odds for 2023 Championship playoffs

The final promotion spot in next year's Premier League competition will be determined via the 2023 EFL Championship playoffs, a yearly event to select the third promoted side following the top two finishers in the table.

With Burnley and Sheffield United already securing a place in the 2023/24 English top flight, a third team will join them in dramatic fashion. The four participants have been determined, and will duke it out in a knockout bracket.

Luton Town, Middlesbrough, Coventry City, and Sunderland all secured a place in the playoffs, with the latter two dramatically bagging their spot on the final day of the season. A seeded, two-legged semifinal will determine the finalists, with 90 minutes at the famed Wembley Stadium played to select a final promoted side.

With the lucrative windfall of Premier League promotion, teams are desperate to clinch this final, coveted place in the top division.
