The 2022/23 UEFA Europa Conference League final is all set as Fiorentina will face West Ham in Prague, Czech Republic.
Fiorentina managed to come back from a one-goal deficit to knock Basel out in the last four of the competition. The Italian side have only won one European competition in their history, the 1961 UEFA Cup Winners' Cup, but their 3-1 second-leg win over the Swiss side has given them a shot at glory.
The Hammers have progressed to their first European final since 1976 as they look to end a poor season with a famous triumph in Europe. The final could also be a farewell for midfielder Declan Rice, who is linked with a transfer in the summer.
