The Boston Celtics needed a monster performance from Jayson Tatum in Game 7 and that's exactly what they got.

Tatum took the game with both hands, pouring in 51 points — the most-ever in a Game 7 — breaking Stephen Curry's record set against the Sacramento Kings in the first round to lead Boston to a 112-88 win over the Philadelphia 76ers to book their spot in the Eastern Conference Finals.

After missing 14 of his first 15 shots in Game 6, there was no slow start for Tatum on Sunday, as he scored 25 points in the first half and 17 in the third quarter as the Celtics outscored the 76ers 33-10 to blow the game open.

It marked a disappointing end to the 76ers' season, who led 3-2 in the series before dropping two straight games, making it three losses in their last three Game 7s, while head coach Doc Rivers suffered a record 10th Game 7 loss.

With the NBA world watching on, here are the best reactions to the wild Game 7.
